Camping/Sleepless Nights

We went on a Mitchell Family camping trip the last weekend of June. For at least one of the days all Jeff's brothers were there with their families. So all 13 grandkids were there, which was fun to see. I will have to get a copy of the picture we took of all the kids to post. It was fun to get to see everyone, but we had two really rough nights. The nights were pretty cold so Kyrsten had trouble in her pack-n-play. We tried putting her in bed with us and she would just play or cry. Hayley also joined us in our bed so four us of trying to sleep in one blow up queen bed was not working. Jeff ended up sleeping on Hayley's princess bed. Sorry I didn't get a picture of that. So the first night we probably got two complete hours of sleep. The second night was about the same, but Jeff and Kiki ended up in the car for a few hours. We were supposed to stay for one more night, but we just couldn't do it. The girls had fun during the day. Hayley really enjoyed playing with her cousin Andon. They walked around catching imaginary chickens and ponies. Kyrsten just sat on the blanket and was a happy camper. Too bad she couldn't figure out the nights. Maybe next time. We are now home and getting back to good sleep schedules. Jeff starts work tomorrow and the girls and I need to start exploring Casa Grande. We are going to search out the public library and maybe the public pool. Hope everyone is doing well!
