We had a wonderful and busy Thanksgiving/Thanksgiving Weekend with the Mitchell Family. All Jeff's brothers and their families were able to come- we make quite the Mitchell Grande:) Since all the family was in town we actually had our family Christmas too. It was a great Thanksgiving/Christmas Combo. The girls had a blast playing with all their cousins. There are 14 grandchildren!! We loved getting to see and catch up with everyone. Unfortunately at the end of the weekend Kyrsten started getting sick. I took her to the doctor and she has another ear infection! She had two at the beginning of the month. She might be on her way to ear tubes. We shall see. I am excited to get out my Christmas decorations and hang lights outside for the first time. I definitely need to go get some Christmas yard decorations and yes that is a need! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are looking forward to Christmas. I LOVE this time of year! Blast your Christmas music and remember the reason for the season!

Wow, that is a growing family. I hope Kyrsten doesn't have to get ear tubes. I hear those ear infections can be horrible. Although my nephew got some and everything was okay with them. It would just be stressful. I hope she gets better soon. MERRY CHRISTMAS/THANKSGIVING!
Glad you guys had fun with everyone. Hopefully you can make it to Christmas without any sicklings! Hope Kyrsten feels better.
"excited to get out your decorations", mine were up the day after Thanksgiving!! I love this time too! Sick kids is not fun so I hope Kiki gets better soon and that the ears work out. Enjoy the warm Christmas!!! :)
My family does the whole Thanksgiving/Christmas thing to when we are all there. Good times!!! Oh, I love the season and we have our tree and decorations out and the music playing. Hope Kiki gets better, we all have the cough and runny nose. Just a few more things that come with the season :)
Wow, that is a lot of people!! It looks fun! You have to talk to Ren about Christmas decorations and ask him how much time he has spent buying them at Home Depot lately. Our yard looks like the North Pole...but it's so fun! When are we going to get together??
Sorry to hear about Kyrsten--Callie's had her share of ear infections this fall too. Seems like she's catching every possible cold this year! The nice thing about ear tubes though, is the procedure is really quick and they made such a huge difference for Trevor. Good luck with it all. Hope everyone stays well!
Sounds like a lot of fun! Did you enjoy Christmas in November? Sounds like a fabulous idea to me!
