I finally got around to taking some pictures of Kyrsten for her official 1 year pictures-even though she 13 months now. Close enough. Anyway, she sure looks sweet and innocent in these pictures, but let me tell you what this little tot has been up to lately. As you can tell by those chubby little cheeks, Kyrsten likes to eat. Here lies the problem. She loves to eat some unusual things along with her regular meals. Here is a list of some interesting items she has tasted in the last week:
*Poop
*Sand/dirt
*Toilet Paper
*Rocks
*Her sister and us
I will now give you the stories. Oh poop- she has eaten her own poop twice now! This week it was from a blow out diaper in her crib in which she was playing in and eating-YUM! Twice this week she has had her rounds with sand/dirt at the park. You think once a kid puts a handful of sand in their mouth they would never do it again. Not Kyrsten, she shoves it in as fast as she can and then tries to chew the little rocks and won't open to let you get it out. Anyone else crave dirt? Toilet paper- Kyrsten has had a runny nose so we have lots of toilet paper around the house and this morning she decided to tear pieces of her tissue up and eat it. Once again most kids would try to get it off their tongue- not sweet Kiki. We have rocks in our backyard which she always puts in her mouth, but luckily will spit them out when I see her. So no leaving her in the backyard alone. Lastly, her sister. So I think she is biting out of anger and from teeth pain but she put some good teeth marks on Hayley's hand when Hayley was trying to touch the tricycle Kyrsten was on. The last week or so Kyrsten will just try to bite you and then whine when you won't let her.We are so mean to refrain from this act:) She is quite sweet at times but has been TROUBLE a little much lately. Good thing she is cute and flashes us that grin once and a while!

I love the first shot of Kyrsten, and she does look quite innocent. Wow, what a little stinker but it also sounds a little like Edison. Like you said, its good they're cute!
Um...poop. Watch out for hand-foot-mouth disease!!! Seriously though, you guys don't eat toilet paper? She is looking so grown up. Something about her looks more like Hayley to me. She's a cutie!
She is definitely looking more like part of the family now, that's your family not mine!
Oh my gosh. I want to puke just thinking about the poop.
Oh the things that they eat and then they go back for more! I can't get Porter to stop eating stuff too, luckily he has never gone for the poop.
It's a good thing she is SO cute! They just have no idea how gross they are being do they? She sure has grown up a lot.
