We had a fun filled Easter weekend. The first part of Saturday afternoon was spent in Casa Grande with friends. Many thanks to Andrea and Amanda for inviting us over to their Easter egg hunt get together. After that we headed over to my sister's for family time on my side. We decorated eggs and had a wonderful dinner. The girls always have fun over there and so do we! Sunday morning we did baskets and a little egg hunt and started in on the chocolate early. Jeff did his best to remind Hayley the real meaning of Easter before letting her get to all the treats. Right after church we headed up to Jason and Brandi's (Jeff's brother) for family fun with his side. The kids had an egg hunt at the park nearby and collected tons of eggs. We have a whole bagful of candy, which is now hidden in the cupboard for slow and regulated consumption. Luckily, Kyrsten has no clue it is there yet! Jason and Brandi also made us a delicious burrito dinner and of course the girls were happy to get to play with more cousins. It was a busy weekend, but I have to say it was nice not having to cook any major meals and not having to worry about cleaning my house for guests. Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.

It looks like your Easter was a total blast and you guys also get to benefit from the loot!!! Got to love being the parent :) You are doing them a favor by not letting them eat that much candy, and you sacrificing, right?
