I actually have a couple minutes to sit down and try to quickly post some pictures and let you all know what we have been up to, which is adjusting. There never seems to be a dull moment around here anymore. There is always something to do! I am way behind on cleaning and daily chores, but we are doing our best to keep up. Hayley and Kyrsten love their baby brother, which means they love to get in his face, try to pick him up, squeeze him, etc. It is quite the task to keep Jace safe!
As silly as this might sound I have to give a big thanks to High School Musical. Yes, you read that right. Kyrsten is completely obsessed with all three of the HSM movies. Theses movies have helped keep the few pieces of sanity I have left. Kyrsten will watch them over and over and anytime. If I need to take a shower or want to feed Jace without two other children climbing on me, I can put in HSM and Kyrsten is in her happy place. It cracks us up. Needless to say, we have been singing and dancing HSM tunes way too much in our household.
When I came down stairs after feeding Jace, this is how I found her. I guess she was a little hungry too.
Jace is doing pretty good. He is adorable and we LOVE him so much! He seems to have a good day then a fussy day and we go back and forth. His sleeping the last couple nights have been downhill, along with everyone else in the family. Last night at 3am, my whole family was up and in our room. Two whining and crying toddlers, one crying hungry infant, and two extremely exhausted parents- oh so fun! Hopefully the nights will start improving soon.
To wrap it up before I bore everyone to sleep, we are doing good. Happy we have a handsome little boy in our family now! Adjusting to life with three little kids....
You can see how well that was going. Good thing he is so darn cute!
He has done this twice while in her arms and even though nothing leaks out, Hayley has to change her clothes because according to her, they stink:)

Cute pictures and I think its adorable that Kyrsten loves HSM! I love the first one. They are just fun. Hope you guys get some more sleep around there soon. It WILL get better!!!
What is your time frame for child #4?
You looked great today and sane, so that's good too! Jace is a beautiful baby boy.
What an adorable little man! I love the pic of him during his awake time. Don't you just wish they came with an understanding that normal people sleep at night! Good luck!

LOL!!! Oh Katie! We need to talk. I felt like I was reading some of my own posts. Tristan is the same way with his "wake time". It just hasn't worked for us. He's so sleepy after he eats, it's impossible to keep him awake sometimes! Hopefully they'll get the hang of things soon. Jace is adorable!!
We need to come see you guys! I'm sure we will not add to the craziness at all!! Sadie is now 2 1/2 months and I still feel like I am adjusting, but it does get a little easier (or you just learn to get by with no sleep). I hope today is a good day and not a fussy day!
Congrats Katie and Jeff! What a handsome boy! Don't want to scare you, but I am still trying to adjust to three kids. Someone told me with your third kid give yourself six months to really get things back to normal. Sorry about all the kids in your bed at 2AM. Not fun!!! Hopefully, you'll get some GOOD sleep soon!!
